Hi all, what's the recommended method of removing waxoyl... have some chassis touch ups to do (with POR15) and want to make sure it has a solid base etc?

Both of these. Parafin to get the thick goo off and then degrease with white spirit.

Definitely white spirit and having de-Waxoyl'd my entire chassis I'd say put some on then allow it a few minutes to soak in, it comes off much easier.

I use Gunk engine degreaser(applied with a paint brush), then white spirit to remove the oily film left behind
