Wow, hadn't heard about that one. Who was it then? someone looking for some attention or someone that was potententially real threat?

If only I'd have known... I could have had a free meal with a side show!

It carries on tonight, assault and a compund fracture for hte idiot for good measure just 50 yds down the road. I'm thinking of getting rid of the telly and sitting in O'Neils window for entertainment, its just like the bill!

I was having a meal with a firearms officer last night and was checking whether he was going to get called in for that, luckily he didn't as he was straight on to earlies this morning.

Good shooting to the chap who hit him.

I was out in york that night not 50 yards from t'bridge when it all happened...I was extremely pissed off as the nearest bar outside the exclusion zone was a 10 minute walk and when I got there it was a dive..hey ho. at one point I though we wouldn't be able to get home as all the taxi ranks had shut.. but we were still there when he got shot so the zone was lifted soon enough..

interesting you were there Gemini, do you know the extremely fit blonde pcso on duty outside the cock (no joke!) pub down by the ouse bridge? wow...talk about eye candy! she was lovely...cloud9

I must say I approve of most of the rent a cops in York. Most are female it seems and quite tidy as well.
