The Elise Trophy 2008 season kicks off at Brands Hatch over Easter weekend (23-24 March).
The Lotus Celebration will feature 2 separate Elise Trophy grids (class A + classes B/C) which means 4 races.
Loads of other attractions and events includes a parade of historic Lotus cars, a soap box challenge and British Truck Racing.
With over 60 drivers signed up, this will be the biggest Elise Trophy event yet!

Further details (including timetable, runners & riders, ticket info etc.)

Tickets are available in advance on www.elisetrophy.com for £6 each (£12 on the gate) for Sun 23rd March. A combined ticket for the Lotus Celebration and Easter Truck Superprix on Easter Monday is £16 incl p&p (tickets on the gate for both days would cost £32).

All being well, I'll be there too. Looking forward to the big grids and some seriously competitive racing... again!

Perhaps time for a PH forum meet too, down at the bottom of Paddock Hill perhaps ready for the first race?

Ex Lotus F1 star Martin Donnelly will once again be competing in the Elise Trophy this year, and will be racing at Brands Hatch over Easter.
After successfull outings in a class A Elise at Donington Park and Spa Francorchamps in 2007, this year he will be racing a class B Lotus 2-Eleven, so there should be some fireworks towards the front of the grid driving

Andrew.

I still think the converted car's (Honda/Audi) will out perform the 2 11's on the track's with longer straights but they seem to have so much down force. Reading through the regulation's the 2 11 sound's like the best package for group B? I just can't afford one so we will hopeful use an R next year IF I can get my act together

Grandstands
these are FREE on Sunday - at the very least Paddock Hill grandstand will be open.

Soapbox challenge entries

FINALLY
The Elise Trophy race cars will be in the GP paddock - ie. the garages in middle of the circuit ALL weekend. There is a tunnel next to the pit lane grandstand - PLEASE come and visit the drivers, have a look around the race cars - everyone is most welcome.
