Diff Advice

Hi all I am changing from x-flow to R1 power at present have a live axle with a 3.89 diff.

I need a 3.54 diff where is the best place to get one? Will a large flange(?) diff fit? What the hell is a large flange!? Or could I just buy some internals crown wheel etc and put them in my diff? Also is changing the diff a simple bolt off bolt on job?
