My number 1's are:
'You're So Vain' by Carly Simon in the US
'Long Haired Lover From Liverpool' by Little Jimmy Osmond in the UK
'Ben' by Michael Jackson in Australia

Some are better than others!

Can't be arsed to search, but I'm fairly sure mine was "I come from a land down under" last time I looked.

Nevermind, it was the [early] 80s, no chance of anything decent in the mainstream charts.... wink
