I believe his Test was booked for Tuesday. It was apparently a foregone conclusion, but does anyone know if he passed?

i ended up not taking the test.
I've been suspended from work, pending investigation.
Got my hearing in 10 minutes, could lose my job.
Ho hum...

For the record, the bike is now restricted smile

i've got a certain amount of serenity about it. I've despised this marketplace for too long, and this could be a good opportunity for a career change.

Carrera2 - thanks for your kind words

A bit. Mainly the fact JRs been pretty stupid IMO and is now paying the price.

Would you be wagging your finger if he'd hit your car whilst riding uninsured?

I think that that's the point... we weren't convinced he was. As I tried to illustrate in the thread that got deleted I don't believe you do still get 3rd party cover if you've broken the terms of your insurance.
