I brought myself a nice little runabout car for when I don't really want to use my Porsche and for City Centre driving, with my new job, still building up the business, Porsche owners please take note, some exciting stuff happening over the next month or two but now have a job as well, for my sins I'm now an Estate Agent! lol

Anyway onto the car, it's a 1994 BMW 318is Coupe.

I'm actually quite pleased with it for £900 with a FBMWSH, 120K, a few nice extras, in a nice metallic red colour, with a light beige leather interior, auto (as I'm doing loadsa City driving and stuck in traffic driving!) and cheap as chips to run, it is a 318 paperbag but a nice one! No trolley dings, rust or any deep scratches, there maybe a few hairline I'm happy with it.

Not a patch on my 944 but handling is good, it's RWD and makes my 944 more fun when I get in it!

Now quite proud of having two cars smile will also give me the opportunity to fully restore my 944 over the next year or so as thats a stayer, forever and ever well til I can afford an even older Porsche hehe

Will even post some piccies up tomorrow!

Well done clap

as it's a 318is, it should have a little more oomph than a usual 318i (I think).

Yeap, the engine in the 318iS is a 1.9 16v as apposed to the 1.8 8v unit in the 4 door 318i, and good for just shy of 140bhp instead of 115. wink

I'll get my anorak.getmecoat

I sold that ages ago for a Boxster S, then I got rid of the Boxster cause I needed some capital for a business, bought a 944 (which I love!) and now have this BMW for running about in!
