Looks like these chaps are in the process of selling their second Reventon!!
I'm really surprised! If I heard correctly there is only 1 in the UK at present.

Funny, already had two but still use a computer generated library photo of the car.

None have been delivered yet chaps!

Within the next few weeks all of the owners will be in Sant'Agata for a dinner and introduction to the car and to be handed one of their keys by Stefan Winkelmann!

Innovation are just grabbing publicity over 2 cars they clearly haven't got!

Anyone bought a car from Innovation? Not many that I hear of.

I've read enough hyperbole to know that I would never deal with them. Better stick to selling to footballers.

I helped Innovation Cars when they first set up, hence the pictures of me driving the Zonda and SLR on their website, but not had anything to do with them for over a year now.
Hugh, Innovation's MD is not the sort of person who needs to exaggerate what he is up to, and before Lambo stopped the practice, he did have 3 EUROPEAN cars being offered to him for re-sale.

Not sure what this one is about though, but not really bothered.

My one is in the bodyshop being painted a different colour just so my Reventon is different to all the others.
Might also cut the roof off mine just so I can offer the only roadster Reventon for sale!!!wink

I run sales & marketing at Innovation Cars in the UK, and I noticed a spike of visits from here, so I thought I should pay you guys a visit!

You are quite right when you say there seem to be more Reventons coming than are being built. It would seem the world is full of chancers trying to sell a Reventon, even though they have no access to one! None have been delivered yet - they're not finished. But we are a reputable, established business (a PFA Partner Company, no less!) sourcing tens of millions of pounds worth of cars for our clients every month.

We do have a Reventon available (by contract with the contracted recipient), along with just about any other car you want. It's our job. We look after a lot of high-worth clients and could not survive unless we were completely honest about what we can do. And for many of our clients the cost is irrelevant. It's the cachet of owning something others don't. And with only 20 Reventons being built (that is part of the contarct with Lamborghini), this car will have real cachet. That's the point of it. Personally, I'd have an LP640 and keep the change (there would be a lot of change!). But for someone who can drop £50M on a house or £20M on a plane / boat, a £1M or so for a car, a car almost no one elso on the planet has, is small change.

Lets be kind to them and say the average car they provide is £100,000 (they seem to advertise a lot of sub £100k cars) - lets also be kind and say 'tens of millions' is actually ten million.

That means they supply, on average 100 super cars a month. I'd hate to guess what sort of percentage that is of the uk super car trade but it must be quite high.

What sort of "reputable" (I use in the loosest way possible) company, who source 10's of millions of pounds of cars EVERY MONTH (would love to see there turnover/profit for the year!!!) would post something as pathetic on a website to justify there existence is beyond me!

Out of all of the guy's and girls on here, is there anyone who has actually brought or would even consider buying from this company? Especially when you have such great service from people like Dom at Lambo Birmingham and Dave at Greypaul Ferrari in Nottingham!

As mentioned before - my Reventón will be the second of the 'spare' cars... they are building number 28 for me (work it out!!!) and I'll be having it in matt black with NO ignition and NO instruments visible unless I touch the steering wheel and grin a lot before setting off to somewhere wind-y.

...and Alan - great idea with getting a Roadster version built - the lighter weight above the doors should lessen the effort of tightening that key on the side of it, making sure the required twisting force would be so much less...

Also I had this link today,

http://www.classicdriver.com/uk/magazine/3200.asp?id=13676

Adding to some of the pix taken outside the Factory of a Reventón with the engine running - these chaps have actually driven one - the swines!
