Sat Nav with Grid References

Hello all,
I have a small problem which i'm sure many of you will know of a good solution.
I need to purchase a unit that provides all the functions of a sat nav complete with being able to input a grid reference as a destination.
I'm not hung up on price at the moment more of the functionality, ease of use and reliability.
