320d haggling advice

Hi All,

I am going to a few dealers in London on the weekend to check out getting a 320d (approved) for MrsZigs. First BMW in the UK so i wanted to know:

1) Recommended places to get a good deal
2) Better to pay cash or use BMW finance from a haggling perspective?
3) She wants leather and a sunroof, GAH, can we be picky on options and still get a good deal or will the stealers have us for lunch?

I've looked at all the the 3 series options are on the BMW UK website but I can't find GAH listed.

What is it?
