HELP WITH 2000 S6

Chaps im wondering if anyone has had or knows what this problem could be??

my S6 sort of "vibrates" between 2000/3000 revs although it seems to be underneath the car and doesnt affect steering wheel. If i accelerate through it -it goes away but it seems to happen at low revs at about 50/60mph!1

any ideas?

if it was the tracking would i not feel it through the steering?

no missfire!! Just as im accelerating "normally" when the car gets to about 60mph usually at 2500 revs the car shudders a bit and you can hear my bunch of keys in the ignition really rattling - definately not normal and only started in the last week but as i said in earlier post IF i accerate harder and lift the revs it goes away
