Dropped the entire rear suspension.

The time has come to overhaul the rear end. I want to replace the disks, refurb the calipers and hand brake, springs and shocks. I have decided go the whole distance and drop the whole lot. Can anyone give me the sequence, advice or tips. I have a vague idea on what needs doing but would like some tips before starting....

Thanx chaps

may be easier to take the whole body off, then you can give the chassis a good clean and re-furb / paint also.

Thanks Liegh - but I don't want to go down that route. I know there are some threads on what to do but I cannot find them...

I've done it when I scrapped my first wedge, so it is possible.

Take off both suspension sides, driveshafts 'n' all.

Bottom diff cradle, then the diff.

I expect the brakes will come off with the diff, then you can remove them afterwards.
