Help, door window wont drop when open door

Can anyone help please.
I have a T350c 52 plate.
Is there a way of resetting the door window glass position, or has it just gone wrong.
When I press the door open button (inside or outside) it is hit and miss if the glass drops to open the door.
Also the up-down buttons dont always work and when I press the down button it dont go all the way down (about 3" of glass left) then it has a mind of it's own and goes up by it self.
Sometimes the only way to open the door is to press the down button to lower the glass then open the door.
Is thesre a sensor or something that monitors the position of the glass that could be dirty.
I just had a new battery fitted, dont suppose it could be anything to do with that where by the computer has been reset, having said that it was ok when I picked it up..
