Looking for a graduate .net developer position
Discussion
I was forced to resign my job, due to lack of experience but the damn job was a trainee/junior position with the pay to reflect my position in life (recent graduate).
Anyway, because of this, I need a new job. My last job was in .NET but it seemed to assume experience and I was using ms crm and its sdk, but had no training in this.
So I need some recommendations of small-medium companies looking for graduate .net developers. But I'm not perfect at programming, so I need proper training. The problem with a small company is the high turnaround and the small number of developers which means that there isn't enough time for me to be mentored/trained outside of the company.
I can't really ask in an interview about training in detail, although I have mentioned it in past interviews (I'd rathe stick to the technique and approach I kept last time), so recommendations would be good.
I live in London and didn't get into Snowvalley. CTN wanted a 2nd interview with me but I had been offered this job I just quit. It would be good if the company is a MS Gold Partner as I want to get MS certification and thus the company could possibly help me.
P.S. Sorry I meant Looking for a graduate .NET developer position, as I'm a candidate.
Thanks!

Just a bit of advice regarding training - Don't wait for a company to spoon feed you skills, read books, tutorials and practice. In short be proactive.
Oh and whoever employed a graduate expecting them to be at the same level as a professional needs a slap.
