..THE happiest bloke on the planet! Picked the cerb up this morning with all the nerves and excitement you could imagine, been driving all day, around 200 of the most exciting miles of my life. Haha, just wanted to share that with you.

Cheers Mars and Jules you made the sale very easy and pleasant, your both very knowledgable and hopefully i can follow suit!

Car performed faultlessly all day, not that ive stretched it obviously, is it morning yet?

Welcome to the club. Like the rest of us, you'll soon come to realise 2 things......
One, just why it is we all love these cars so much, and Two, that its the first real car you have ever owned.

Great. 200 is a full tank so well done on that. Your licence and wallet are in equal jeopardy I reckon. smile

I'm really pleased it's gone to someone who will use it.

I've started planning my next car but it'll have to be 2 or 3 years before I can act on the plans.

Lookin' good biggrin

I just dug mine out of the garage after two weeks of inactivity.

Tried to start her up... flat battery (that alarm must draw some power!!) and the brakes had bound a bit so I couldn't even shove it out of the garage.

I connected my jump pack to it, got in, fired her up, ran her for a few moments, reversed it out of the garage, locked the house up and went for a spin.

All is forgiven biggrin

nice one Loz, but as others have said, theres a lot of play in that pedal careful you don't dump it to hard in the first few weeks. These cars'll catch ya! Welcome aboard.
