335 d coupe what is it worth?

I am toying with the idea of selling my beloved 335d coupe but what is it worth private and as trade?
Sept 06 (56), montego blue, black leather, professional nav, bluetooth phone, electric seats, auto lights and wipers, 19 inch star alloys 14,500 miles?

I'd have thought about £30k private sale with a dealer offering you circa £27k

I have just been offered £29k for mine as trade in. May 07 (07), Space Grey, black leather, USB audio, Hi Fi loudspeaker and 19" wheels with 4k miles on the clock. Thank god I can but tax free and am only going to lose a grand on what I paid for it. Can't see why anyone paying UK prices would buy a brand new car these days unless they are keeping it for a while....

I was offered £30000 for an 07 335D M Touring with 19500 on the clock. I bought from a broker and saved £6500 but even with the discount i've still lost £9000 in under a year. Mind you all cars above £35000 generally lose £10000 in the first year, the good ones though slow down in depreciation in the 2nd and 3rd. Hopefully

Personally i would think trade bid of around £27000/£28000 would be about right and private £30000/£31000.
