Heres an interesting one. Believe it or not I've had my 111R for 3 years from new (although I only do 3/400 mile P/A) and have just noticed that the R/H air vent (the one nearest the door) is not blowing air. Closer inspection reveals that the duct inside is completely blocked by foam as though the duct connector was never installed. It's definately a manufacturing defect. Trouble is I'm out of warrenty. Has anyone come across this? Would Nick Whale who I bought the car from be sympathetic and rectify the problem? Thoughts would be gratefully appreciated....

Nick Whale's seem a decent bunch and I'm sure they'd sort it. Whether they'll do it free of charge is debateable, but as you bought it from there, then I certainly hope they'd be suitably accommodating
