Gearbox rebuild manual?

Hi all, not posted on here for a while 'cos tiv has been off the road. Seeing as the weather is turning for the better it's time to wheel the ole girl out and sort the niggles.

First, and biggest job is a gearbox rebuild - I've looked around online but couldn't find a little manual to rebuild a 4.2l Cerb gearbox. Does anyone have a link or knows someone who has a .pdf sitting around? Would really appreciate it!!

Theres a whole load of other bits that need sorting but will continue trawling and posting here. Alternatively if someone would like to buy it from me as is for £7.5k? Black, 46kmiles.

Hang on - is this the same T5 gearbox that's fitted to Fords...

I've got that somewhere from my tuned Capri days...
