I have just put down a marker on a low mileage 325 sport. are there any issues I should be looking out for.

I know it's not a 330 but it is to nice to ignore

Is 32mpg realistic? in a manual

Yes, easily realistic on longer trips.

32mpg will be achievable with a good chunk of motorway driving. If your driving is more weighted to town driving, then it will be in the region of mid to low 20s.
