740i 1999 car shudder????

Recently bought a 1999 740i which juders through the car at speeds between 40 and 60.This is not wheel balancing as I have had this done, is this a common fault? Is it a propshaft? Any help is greatly appreciated.Also some PIMP must have owned it before me as it has 18" deep dish alloys fitted which I dislike very much.If anyone would like to swap for a standard 16" set or give me a price for a second hand standard set then please get in touch.

Shudder could be a variety of things from a loose steering box through to suspension arms, bushes and a whole variety of additional issues.

Get the car along to a specialist, get it onto a ramp and have a look at the underside. Best £100 you will ever spend and this will allow you to see whats under there.
