All,

I've got a day booked and paid for Sat that I now can't make.

It's free to any Boloc if no takers from them then available for best bid donation to charity.

Let me know

Hate to be a spoiler Speedy, but the usual form on this is to inform Paul so that the ticket can be offered to one of the resrvessmile

Cool, you`ll see me, I`ll be the one going sideways(or backwards) EVERYWHERE!!!!! If not, I`ll have my phone on me.

Truthfully though, I am cacking it! The S2000 just doesn`t inspire me with confidence like the Elise does. I know the Elise was more than capable of taking any abuse I through at it(which lets face it, was quite a lot!!), the S2000 on the other hand.......... well lets just say, it bites back!

Any advice or warnings would be greatfully received from yourself or other Goodwood veterans.

Given the b*ll*cking LOT got from ATC when I took a trip across the runway, I'm not sure I am qualified, but my tip is that a fantastic exit from Madwick could well lead to acute embarassment at Fordwater!

Oh and I forgot to mention... I know you have gone from Ghey S2 to a Gheyer S2000.... but surely there's no need to go totally transgender??

Be careful on the kerbs out of the chicane if it's wet or still a bit damp first thing, you'll end up going across the track backwards!

After Fordwater, aim for the marshalls hut and turn (right) when you get to the edge of the circuit.

Great, fast circuit but not much run-off.

thanks.

I`ve just had a new tire and the GEO reset to Hondas "optimum performance" and now I`m not quite as nervous, the rear geo was WAY OUT!!! And the front slightly out. It feels a lot more planted now. Still nothing on the Elise but alot better than it was!

Just watch the old loads-of-understeer-to-snap-oversteer of the S2000. Hopefully your new geo has sorted that, but the one I drove at N-Weald a while back was... erm... verrrry tail happy! hehe
