This will not be news to any hardened HSV enthusiast, but in case anyone has missed it, the Australian Motor racing season starts this weekend with the V8 racing at Adelaide - Clipsal 500.
It is the 3rd most popular sport in Australia and the competition is extremely intense between Ford and Holden, cars and spectators alike. Two teams managed by Walkinshaw have been in the series for a long time running the Holden factory team and the HSV Dealer team. The drivers have personal services agreements with HSV to support in launches, dealer occasions and development driving. Our drivers have won the last two years and we look forward to a new set up this year. It makes good television. The HSV web site covers the race all through the weekend with links to the two racing teams.
Phil.

Is this series still being broadcast in the UK? I remember Ch5 used to put them on in the early hours a couple of years ago.
