Bluetooth now in and much better than the older E46 version..

However, is there a way that I can use the telephone button to open the phonebook rather than dialing the last number?

There was no handbook, is that correct?

You can programme either the "diamond" or "star" buttons on the wheel to open the phone book. It's in the iDrive settings menu; not sure if it's user-adjustable without Nav though.

I don;t have those, I have a source and something else. I'll have a fiddle later. Cheers
