Help!!!! Good Lawyer please

Hi folks,

Well, my summons from Essex County Mag's Court has arrived and I dont know what to do. I think a good solicitor is advisable, to see if the correct procedures have been followed, if I have any good legs to stand on, or at worst try and save my license & livelihood.

Could anyone recommend a good firm in Chlemsford or Braintree area. When I say good, I mean a good balance between fees and results.

Please keep this thread on track, honest and perhaps personal experience of good speeding lawyers will be gratefully accepted.

Epping Mag Court this morning - avoided ban which was a surprise and is great news. Hefty fine, Court costs & 6 points. For anyone in the same boat, i used Birkett Long in Chelmsford & barrister recommended by them. Barrister excellent. Full feedback if you PM me.

Law advice worth the money, but watch that lawyers agree the costs in advance.

he should try reading the thread first before posting!!

That is such a good road, the only prob is the police know it too ...
