So excited just ordered my Elise R in storm with black wheels! Oh my God what am i gonna do for the next 6-8 weeks waiting for my new baby? I intend to do a couple of track days but want to get trained first. Who or where is the best place to learn all about my new car? Thanks

Welcome to the most wonderful phase of your life. The day you pick up your "R" will be a day you remember forever more!

Echo the driver training thing with Andy Walsh.. never done one (owing to not being in Britain) but have heard SO MUCH positive feedback about them that you'd be daft not to smile

Oh, and 6 weeks? That's nothing, my last one took months to arrive by ship... the last few weeks flew by! smile

PS. Great colour combo! smile

Great buy!

get on line and order -
1. hurricane induction kit
2. 2bular or Larini exhaust
will make your R sound like it should rather than a sewing machine!

If you can't wait the 6 weeks until you take delivery, wait for the frustration whule you are running in and can't get her on 2nd cam....

Congrats, welcome to the most addictive car you'll ever own, expect your fuel bills to go up considerably, especially after the 1k service, you'll be taking the long route home from now on smile
