Car Inspection

I'm hoping to go & look at a couple of Cerberas next week & was sure I'd read somewhere in here that there are a number of TVR "specialists" who will check out the car for you. Am I right & if so does anyone know of any of these "specialists" in the North West (South Manchester/Cheshire) area?
