wing mounted expansion tank

hello chaps, want to take mine off for a good polish, but before I undo the bolts are the nuts in the wing captive ??, if not do i get at them thro the headlight inspection hole with rubber arms ??

No idea on the nuts, but don't bother polishing it if you use the car, go for powder coating

Keeps a constant decent appearance, where as polished ally IMHO always looks manky if you use the car at all in the wet etc . .
