Sagaris Cooling Fans Staying on

Just got car back from getting new diff fitted and TVR Power Eprom upgrade. Noticed yesterday that fans seem to be on most of the time, even when water temp below 60 degrees (not oil). I know the new Eprom kicks the fans in at 88 degs and not 93 degs. On starting the car this morning (been in garage all night) the fans kicked in and kept running. Could this be a sensor fault or related to Eprom?

taking a stab in the dark here. My car was in getting repaired last week and they reported the coolings fans been on to long and it was caused by the air con switch. Sounds strange im not that technical but its fixed it and the air con works again!

Could be a sticky relay switching the fans in, but not opening again when power to its coil is removed. It's either that or the ECU itself, since it is the ECU that determines when to energise the fan relays from the temp sender reading.

Well fans still come on 2 minutes after starting car. Left hand fan as you look in from front is on at high speed. HHC suspect faulty Trinary Switch on air con system is causing this fault. Will need system re-gassed once replaced. Will keep an eye on it and get it fixed en-route to Zolder in June!

I had this on my sag. It was the Trinary switch in the aircon. Aircon has to be degassed to get switch out?
