It is crazy... the VE, is being offered in the states for $32,000, which works out I think to be about 16K. That gets you into a nice shiney new V8.. Apparently they are also going to get the utes there as well.. OK, agreed it isn't a HSV, but geez.. bet you could do another 16k worth of upgrades to make it pretty close..
