Happy birthday Eurodragster.
Discussion
Indeed. Happy Birthday and congratulations on keeping a website not just alive but relevant and growing for 10 years. The service you provide to the sport is invaluable - I remember waiting months to read about an event I couldn't attend in Fire Up but now we have live updates and a service which in my opinion is far better than any I have encountered elsewhere for any form of sport.
As all the others have said, how would we survive without you. I tend to log on first thing in the morning & again at lunch time. God knows the hours you guys must put in trying to hold down a day job, family commitments and everthing else.
Just says so much for you and the sport.
From someone who is just a fan can i say how much its appriciated. Looking forward to the next 10 Yrs
Regards ( & Happy birthday )

Thank you folks. The ten years have certainly gone by very quickly and most of the time it has been fun. Tiring, and draining, but fun.
Sure, despite assumptions and maybe appearances to the contrary, it's not one long holiday. We get our share of aggravation, or more than our share because we're an easy target sometimes. Even now there are one or two individuals who seem to delight in trying to undermine Eurodragster.com, or in one case badmouth and downright flat lie about me personally, for reasons I know not. You will have to wait until the memoirs are published for names, but there will be names even if they keep getting changed in the interim in an attempt to throw us off the scent
But the relatively small amount of grief is of course to be weighed up against the enormous amount of goodwill we receive from the racing community around Europe, and further afield, whichever side of the guardrail. As mentioned in today's news item, if you have ever looked at Eurodragster.com then you have contributed to our success in some way. We couldn't do it without you, or most of you, and we don't care about those few others mentioned above

Many happy returns to ED, long may it continue!
And a small vote of thanks to Mrs Rogers (dont call her Mrs Tog!!), an unsung heroine of European Drag Racing if there ever was one!

First website I visited when I found the spangly new world of internet, the single site I have visted most in those ten years.
Congratulation's all involved, in my opinion at least Eurodragster sets the benchmark for drag racing sites world wide, no where else has such comprehensive news, or covers events in such detail, all classes equally and the pit report and snippets are something you don't see anywhere else

Hi Eurodragster Team & ED Fans !
Happy Birthday
to Tog & the whole Eurodragster Team !
There is not much that I can say but
THANK YOU
!
ED is my start-up page, too, I see that I am in good company there...
I wish you all the best for the upcoming season(s),
and hope that Tog can someday write about his Pro Mod(?)
experience.
As I had the privilege to attend his "office" during racetime,
it is almost unbelievaeble what he does simultaneously,
watching the races & timing, typing the results and comments,
and being the source for commentators
if they need to know "extras" about a racer or car/bike.
Cheers to all involved, including Sharkman (get well soon),
Benni

I forgot to wish Eurodragster a very happy tenth birthday. As has already been said, it's an indispensable facility and a far cry from waiting literally weeks and weeks for print media race reports and information about the sport.Long may the dedication, stamina and zest for the site continue, see you in 'the office' at the Springspeed Festival my friend.
