Hello!

Quick question as I've drawn a blank on this one. Since I've slightly worn my brakes out at Donny last year, I need to source some parts.

Do you know what are the front and rear discs off for a 2000 Red Rose.

In fact, the fronts are AP calipers but not AP discs.

Rears are very similar to the Granada Scorpio's but a slightly different mounting part.

Anyone know what they're off?

I'm just trying to avoid paying five to six times the going rate by buying TVR branded parts!

Cheers for any help in advance!

Is it not worth having the existing discs skimmed, assuming they are not warped, and then fitting new pads all round?

Planning on doing this to mine as i have slight grooves on a couple of my discs, so will get them all skimmed and replace pads.

Thanks guys - interesting read.

I've always been very satisfied with the existing setup actually, so I'm not heading for an upgrade, although I'm really struggling to source where to by them from!

I'm getting the fronts skimmed for now, but I'll probably replace them next due to the reduced heat reduction from the thinner disc. The rears have developed hairlibne cracks between the vented parts, so I'm looking for replacements.

So any advice on where to buy?

Cheers!
R

If I remember correctly I got my front from Clever Trevor. Very good advice and quick delivery. Think the pirce was the best at the time as well.
