OK, I've bought my new fuel sender removed the old one, but how the bl**dy h3ll do you get the new one in?
It's worse than calfing a cow.
I can't understand where it goes onto the clip in the tank, and I can't get my hand through the hole
Some of you clever people must have done one, any help appreciated.

Sorry, it is a Tamora.
Anyway I think I might have done it. The plastic sender fits into a plastic plate which is pop riveted to one of the tank baffles. The problem is you can't see the plate or get your hand through the hole to know where it locates, so you have to grope around trying to build a picture of what goes where in your mind, as you feel around (brings back memories of trying to undo a bra when i was a young lad!!). I got it to locate but it feels a bit flimsy (not as substantial as a late 60's bra catch
), put everything back together and only time will tell if it's OK.
I think I've earned a pint.
