just bought a bmw 320d es 03 53 in black 150 bhp,manual,full service history by bmw,107k.hpi clear mot nov.looking to sell for £7500 or near . however problem with the only key .no remote operation , wont lock car manually . key turns in door lock but doesnt lock or unlock, but starts and drives a1. i understand that the keys recharge from the car , how long does it take? do the rechargeable batteries ever fail completly ? is the lack of door locking connected to the fault on the remote? i also need to buy another key ,without paying main dealer prices .gratefull for any help , tony
