On other forums you can click 'quote' on several posts and then click 'add reply'

you can then respond to all the quotes in one go.

They seem to run on a different software but I am sure you should be able to get something similar.

Or am I missign how to do it on this forum?

I'd not seen this before until a week or so ago, it's certainly a feature on VBulletin and seems quite neat - it's called "multi-quote this message".

It can be done with our software, just copy and paste the contents of one quoted reply into another (and so on if you want to do more)

But I do agree that it would be a nice feature to have buttons for, so i will add it to the list of things to consider for the future.

so your saying Copy, Paste, Add quote tags?

or open each quote in a new window/tab and then copy into one?

while your here - can you make formatting buttons?

Either will work, but I normally open each quote in a new window and copy the whole thing as is makes it harder to cock up

And we could make formatting buttons (i'll add it to the list for consideration) but in the mean time all the codes can be found in the formatting help link above.
