Tyre pressures?????

I know the general opinion is that they are, 17/18 PSI front and 27/28 PSI rear, but i have just picked the car up from service and they were quite concerned at running this low at the front.
Suggested running 28 at the front as well, i know tyre wear and feed-back will let you know wether this is acceptable, but just wondered what pressure/tyres you guys are running.
I've got pirelli p-zero's.

Absolutely not.Recommended pressures are 20 front; 30 rear and this is ideal for normal road driving. On track reducing the front pressures by a couple of psi does help turn-in (regardless of any theoretical arguments to the contrary)and a couple of psi dropped at the rear does seem to make it a little more grippy. Remember these are COLD pressures.

Corsas I used to run 20 F 30 R as recommended for an M400.
Now run 22 F 32 R on Toyo R888s as recommended by Steve at Simply Tyres based on feedback he's had from several customers using R888s on track days and general driving etc...
No way would you want the fronts the same as the rears.
Where did you have it serviced (i.e. who recommended 28 fronts)?

It's down to the relativly wide fronts compared to the weight - although I am surprised that any decent motorsport company couldn't work out it's rear engined and hence would need such a differential set up (heck, even an Elise runs 23/27!)The car was serviced by a local motorsport company, suppose as these cars are un-common everyone has to learn about them.
