Well picked up the Griff from Andy a few weeks ago and havent stopped smiling since!! Its amazing!! Love the noise and the speed! Even the G/F loves it which is good! Spent all morning cleaning and polishing him and did a 300 mile trip in one day with no issues, also bought myself a covercraft car cover for it which is great. All I can say is bring on the summer!!!

thumbup Hoping to do some good pics & a vid this weekend. Perhaps you can link it to 'The Pages' if it turns out ok.

ETA, just noticed, my spots are smaller than everyone elses. scratchchin
Where can I get a set of them then? Wouldn't mind bigger driving lamps too. I seem to remember a thread about bigger driving lamps. scratchchin

I've had mine 3.1/2 years and I still grin like an idiot as soon as I start it - or is it just that I grin like an idiot all the time and catch sight of myself in the rear view mirror hehe

Whatever!

I hope you newbies visit here regularly and tell us how wonderfull your Griff is, and don't forget 2 very important parts of Griffith ownership.

1. You must come to the Griff Growl so we can meet you and drool over your car. Literally in the case of BB - he can't help it silly
2. You must take every opportunity to bait the Chimaera boys and girls.

Enjoy biggrin

I've had mine three years now and I keep toying with the idea of selling it and buying something a bit different - not becuause I've ever had a major problem, but just for a change. However, every time I drive it I can't help but smile and I find I want to keep it forever!

Not strictly true mate.

With Chimps it's just the owners have two wardrobes. Hence the much needed big boot.
Just whistle the Kink's tune 'Lola' to them.

Girls will be boys and boys will be girls
Its a mixed up muddled up shook up world except for lola
Lo-lo-lo-lo lola.

I know what I am and Im glad Im a man
And so is lola
Lo-lo-lo-lo lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola
Lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola

Picked mine up yesterday, apart from an over fuelling issue things are fine and dandy, noticable difference from the Chimaera! One small problem was locating the button for opening the boot, not where I thought it would be......lots of phoning and holding people up at the pumps! Ah well.

This week I are mostly buying polish

Much as would like to take the credit, James Agger took that picture of my car when he was selling it. It's one of my favorites.

Replaced my spots last year, one had picked up a stone, and both were very pitted. Got them from Halfords, and, amazingly, they are a TVR specific part! Don't ask me why. VALEO 082348. Expensive though at £49.95 each.

I have been reliably informed that bigger does not necessarily mean better
