Whats in a name ?

[ade/lou]

I've just recently being putting my 92 lambo back together, interior mainly. I came across a name on some white masking tape 'Pelie Pocote' on the rear of some trim, i know that it is quite common for manufacturers like Rolls Royce' craftsman too sign the car, has anyone found names , or know of this chap ?
