changing remote brake fluid reservoir

Has anyone on here changed the remote brake fluid reservoir (the saab type) to a reservoir on top of the master cylinder? If so, what kind of reservoir did you use, and what car did it come from?

HI Ronald, if you are on the original SAAB master cylinder with a remote reservoir then you will need to find a matching original SAAB reservoir to mount on it, my factor friend is very doubtful that a reservoir from another cylinder would be sensible. I am not sure why TVR chose the remote cylinder option, there appears to be enough room for a top mounted reservoir? I bought a new SAAB master cylinder but that doesn't come with a reservoir attached (they just plug in) so I stayed with the remote reservoir and re piped it.
The one Chris has seen on ebay appears to be the correct remote cylinder.

Thanks for the response! I'll have to hunt for a Saab with a reservoir on top of its master cylinder then.
