Just south of junction15 on the M6 today.
Saw a bright yellow mini bus with blacked out windows parked on a bridge.
Yep it was one of the hated camera units!
I was ok as you could see it from over a mile away and I'm now very wary of anything parked up on an Mway bridge - only problem was that many drivers thought it was an AA van, some came passed me at well over 90, I was doing 70. Oh sh**, lots of red lights going on.
I'm sure that this unit had "Caught ON Camera" printed on the side too!
Stay alert on the Staffs section of the M6 people.
Cheers

Driving on the A14 today and some idiot in front of me both of us doing around 67 - 69 MPH saw the camera at the side of the road and slammed on everything on his BMW 840 i had to do the same (yes i stopped in time and no i wasnt too close) he went down to about 30 to go throught the camera - now hows that for safety.. this was at 5:15 with full rush hour traffic in a NSL (dual Carriage way) amazing there wasnt a pile up and to be honest the probably reason there wasnt is because I was behind him keeping distance because i know people slam on for the camera and because i have VERY good brakes.

Would have been nasty if someone like me with shite brakes was following! WTF? 30 in a 60? Was he just being overcautious (dont blame him!) or was he just completely un-aware of the limit?
