I agree with both of you..Grenades are a nightmare especially if you play team deathmatch.I had enough of it so I always make sure I carry the maximun grenades although I dont use them like a carpet bomb.
Knives are crap...I always seem to miss yet get stabbed from 4ft away and knife should not be an instant kill..

The one thing that bugs me is that when you put the game on just before navigating to the multi-player option you always seem to hear the same snatch of dialog - "50 000 people used to live here..." Not sure why it's irritating to me.
I wouldn't mind some new maps - some are due later this month IIRC.

Ah cool, do you know if there going to be free or am i going to have to fork out another expense in which i couldn't say no, I.e Gta and rainbow 2 and so on lol I wouldn't mind some new maps - some are due later this month IIRC.

Enough people will buy them, this game is a hell of a cash cow.
Americans....... especially the 12 year old high pitched ones that scream and call you a noob because they kill you 3 times. all i seem to hear annoyingly out of their mouths is childish talk, racisim and America Rules and britain "Sucks".

There is not to much i don't like about COD, one thing i would change is the prestige levels. i think there should be a secret unlock for the level of prestige your on, it would make the arses that just on level 55 actually move on.
One thing i love is the matrydom(sp) especially on hardcore team death match when civpilot shoots me then gets blown up

The game needs to let you pick a room to go in rather than chuck you in with a load of yanks where the packets don't have to cross the atlantic a few times.need much bigger maps, all hardcore, option for better body armour so that a face shot is still a kill no matter what weapon, but a sub machine gun MP5 etc into torso body armour stands say a 50% chance of getting in with each round, assault rifle stands a 90% chance of a kill on all of the body but the central armour plate with assault rifle has a 50% chance which then knocks you down/ dazes you , leg knock them down and bleed to death after a min, same with arm but you can still run and fire pistol for a min.

No, I don't like it when your on my team and someone else shoots you, then you blow me up. Especially annoying when I've just stopped to return fire from cover and you (or other gay grenade user) decide to come and hide next to me without actually hiding.
I think Matyrdom is superb in every single game mode... apart from Hardcore. Then it just becomes "Gay grenade".

I think that is pretty much how the maths works already. My qualm is like yours a headshot doesnt seem to be a definite kill. A headshot from short range from a pistol *should* kill by itself. Im on the PC

I think they have tweaked the settings to be unrealistic, but perhaps more playable. I think the setting is about right, apart from the headshots.
Yep, play rainbow six for realistic.
Am I the only one who doesn't like hardcore? It's too much sitting around and waiting for someone to walk past, then pop them off with one hit. I don't see many high scores when I play. To get a really high kill count and score you need to go looking for the opposition rather than kill the odd one every minute or two.

Agreed. I had to turn it off the other night when some pre-pubescent dick head was shreaking "diaorrhea" constantly.Also, those (typically also yanks) who take it all a bit too seriously. A pal and myself were playing domination on the shipment level and got mullered by the other team. This yank on our side then starts spouting off about how we were a "disgrace of a team" and duly disappeared. Que pal and me falling about laughing....
