City Ban for old cars - act b4 18th Mar

Dear All,
Reading the 1,000th edition of auto express revealed an interesting article. An EU initiative to be trialled in Stuttgart would mean that the worst quarter of the cars polluters and cars over 10 years old would be banned from town and city centres. Guess this means most of us! It is of particular interest to Edinburgh council, but other councils are interested too.
There is a petition in place already on the government website if you want to sign up...
