If you just want to read data that should be fine. Also do a search for the Innovate LM-2 much the same, but nicer screen I recon. Its out next month.

If you are wanting to tune then take a look at the efilive v2 unit, it was a display as well as not needing a laptop for logging and better yet it allows you to change the ECU to take into account all the nice logged information you now have.

A few guys use efilive here as well as widebands. I know Mark at Rapid uses Efilive as well. WRC used to too..

If you have a pda then the bluetooth obd units are great. You just plug in the adapter and it pulls it's power requirements from the obd port. Then any reasonable pda should be able to pick up the data and log it with no hassles.

The good thing about bluetooth is that they finally sorted all the bugs and it works well. My pda/phone connects to the car's bluetooth handsfree kit, gps receiver and obd ports ok.

What software do you use on the PDA, is it a Windows Mobile unit?

Yes - pocketpc/windows mobile.

Just using the software that came with it.

The good thing is that the standard is generic so any odb software should work.

Hmm, Im waiting on stock and according to Innovate themselves nothing is due anywhere until end of May/june earliest. So you might be waiting a little longer than that.

That's a great looking gadget. What I would really love is something similar to this, but that can be plugged into an aux input on my existing Kenwood screen. That would be ideal!

Yep.
I guess a few more weeks wont hurt, it was originally due in march in any case.
