The best value front brake upgrade for the B5 is the RS6\RS4 B7 kit, which is RS6 (8pot)calipers coupled to B7 RS4 discs and pads.
Get the brake hoses as well. It's a straight swap fit. Very worthwhile as the stock B5 brakes run out of steam early, especially if you push the power up.
