Has anyone any reccomendations for alloy rad suppliers? Need something to cope with approx 300hp, about 20in wide, 16in tall and I can do very deep, there's 6in in there if it reduced the height and width.

Plenty on Ebay if you can make one fit, or just fit a standard Toyota Supra one!! Mine handled 450bhp without bother for two years, only upgraded for a bit of bling. Plenty of Jap cars running that sort or power or loads more, you don't want 6" of water slowing you down, that'll weigh a ton!

Try these guys near Silverstone:

Radicool Fabrications
Unit 11, Buckingham Court, Brackley, Northamptonshire NN13 7EU
Tel: 01280 701350

They do rads and intercoolers for motorsport aplications, they even used to do the rads and intercoolers for Mclaren and other F1 teams during the turbo days.
