Oil filter change E36 323 Touring

Hello

Can someone please advise where the oil filter is on my E36 323? I understand its on the top of the engine? I have changed filters many times on different cars, but am new to this one and want to change the oil and filter straight away!

Sure is brother. You will get a fresh set of seals from the oil filter packet as sold from your local BMW dealership. Much easier that twisting off that old black fiesta one from halfway down the engine block.
