Debt collection

We've been shifting around various debt collection options over the past few years. Big solicitors, small solicitors, national debt recovery options, our own scary letters, small claims... you name it, we've tried it.

Recently we've been punting some debts to Gemini Debt Recovery, run by a PistonHeader jamesuk28. I must say that they've done a terrific job, I've been genuinely surprised by how many payments have come through. I can only imagine Gemini kidnap the debtor's children and send a pint of the child's blood every week until payment comes through, it seems that effective!

So big thumbs up to Gemini; well worth giving them a go.

Whilst I appreciate the neeed to collect debts couldn't you reduce the risk in the first place? I hate being owed money.

Why thank you. Glad we are getting results for your company. The secret is we are a small company, every client is important to us, and having only a small amount of debts to collect at any one time (compared to the big nationals) means we can really concentrate on the job in hand.

That coupled with actually knowing the law regarding debt recovery helps as well. It is important to reduce the occurance of bad debts in the first place (in a perfect world and all that) and we do have some pointers on our main website.

The recovery process can take a long time, but we don't give up.

For christ sake, we have only done that twice, now we never hear the end of it, I ask you!!!! there is more to us than the odd kidnap now and again.
