Food for thought; last year we went to the Wings and Wheels display at Dunsfold Airfield, (home of top gear)and for the wheels part of the display there were quite a few cars blasting down the runway! They included astons,jags, mustangs,tvr's, lots of old cars etc. It was in august and the vxr8 seemed to have a crowd around it most of the time. (i didn't want to leave it, wife told me to grow up!)

Well i was thinking the public should see and hear some proper V8's at full tilt down the runway, what do you all think!!

I notice they do Club Stands as well as runway demonstrations, could be worth getting an HSV/Monaro group together for the event.

Will they let you cane it properly on the runway, or is it a sedate drive-by?

Confirmed today.......... a vxr8 in among the ro's.........hope the weather holds.
