TVR POWERS SAGGY

I went and test drove doms silver saggy yesterday (2006 show car) and i am just a bit worried that as it is the only one like it will it be classed as a freak or will it hold its money as well as a normal saggy, i love the car and i am hopeing to buy it, but i would like your feed back on this car please as £50 grand is a lot of dosh to spend.......

Less than 150 ever built, TVR's best ever car, looks and goes like nothing else on Earth and was more than 50K when new. Just buy it and watch the rest of us turn bright green!

50k ouch, why not just buy a normal production sagaris for 35-40k?

Unless you are an absolute die hard TVR fan I cannot see how it would make sense to buy, it would certainly be difficult to sell.

More or less one of a kind, and 10K cheaper than it was new. If I had the dosh I'd have already bought it.

If it's the grey one on the website, then it's a mk2 with the rear exhausts and it looks a beaut.
When you say will it hold its price like a normal Saggy what do you mean?
Arguably, it will hold better because there were even fewer of the mk2 than the mk1.
I'm lucky enough to have a very early Mar 05 mk1 and I can totally recommend it as a car.
I had a Tuscan which I loved but this is like chalk and cheese.
Why not drive it and compare with a less expensive mk1 and then make up your mind?
There could be a decent cash difference....

Go with what you want. Something that is slightly different as its a Mk2, or spend less on a Mk1. TVR would have made more but for obvious reasons they didnt. Its only body styling thats different and we all know TVR changed the styling on all their models during the production times.

Should have no trouble selling, I have had offers for mine and Candy is even more of a niche market.
