Fantastic Formula I Team Manger
This is a reality based game that mirrors the real thing. Everyone starts of equal at the beginning of the season and you build your team from a menu. Once the season gets underway then the features that you picked either give you the greatest chance of winning or you lose.
For instance:
If you pick red as your team colour you get the added advantage of having all other teams pay you millions of pounds at the start of the season merely to get on the grid.
If you pick a team that is supported by the major motor manufacturer of the country you hail from, you are allowed to have two home races per season.
If you picked being matey with the FIA, you can race with an illegal car until someone discovers it and then you are severely punished by being allowed to keep your points.
If one of you choices was to have the bloke in charge of F1 racing think your team is really nice, should someone high up in your team decide to breach his trust you get a swingeing fine of 0 Euros.
If you pick an Italian team, when a team threatens to win both championships they will be fined £50M for allowing the person high up in your team to breach your trust.
If, however, you pick a team that is not red, is not Italian, does not have the ear of the FIA, is not stalked by Mosely, and fields a better car than the team that is all of these things, then you don’t stand a chance.

Right, I think I've got the hang of this.
I'm going to paint my cars silver, with just a hint of red, then I'm going to let my drivers RACE each other, before giving a huge amount of money to those in charge and walking away with my pride, head held high.
Alternative scenario, I'm going to go for the easy red option, then b
h at the silver team in EVERY press call, making myself look like a prize floppy haired dick with a persecution complex, because we don't break rules, we just throw our toys out of the pram until they are changed to suit us.
And, breathe...
