rFactor Help

Hi guys.

Ive got rFactor working with the lambo mod but im trying to get goodwood track working.
When I load the track it says "error loading goodwood.mas" so I assume I did somehting wrong. Can anybody help?

I will probably have lots of other questions, so I will put them all in this thread

It turns out that I had the goodwood files in the wrong folder. Its working ok now.

I didnt realise how fast goodwood is, might be frightening when racing.

The lambo seems to be much easyer to drive than the panoz I was trying to drive yesterday. Does anybody have any setup tips?

I haven't tried Goodwood yet in the Gallardos, but as a general rule; increase wing, reduce final drive if not getting anywhere near rev limiter in 6th, change to soft tyres and if the track is bumpy, up the ride hight.

Thanks, that gives me a place to start anyway.

Another problem I have is sometimes the car wants to spin when changing up the gears. Do you guys lift a little on upshift or keep the throttle flat?

If i'm turning a tightish corner i generally lift a little, to 'cushon' the change.

EDIT: or take the corner in the higher gear so there is no changing up while navigating it, as I find it all too easy to forget to lift in the heat of battle
